What can you tell me about your clothing?
All of our clothing is made out of 100% interlock cotton. Everything is pre-shrunk and super soft. We recommend buying one size up, especially if you are unsure. Babies grow so fast! Our clothing is made in the USA and sweat-shop free. We use superior products.
Are there any special washing instructions for Onesies & T-Shirts?
Yes! For your very FIRST wash, you will need to turn your clothing inside out and wash in cold water. Please do not use bleach (you can spot treat the clothing—just not directly on the illustration or text). Place clothing immediately in the dryer. It is best not to hang dry. Do not iron directly on the illustration. Please note that continuous washings will only improve the look and wear of the clothing!
Are there any special washing instructions for the Baby Flower Hats?
Yes! Each has an adjustable know to help fit snuggly on your baby's head. The hats are made of super soft knit cotton and fit from newborn up through 18 months. The flower is accompanied by a decorative brad and is completely secure. To clean your flower hat, you can hand wash in cold water, keeping the flower dry, or just spot clean and lay flat to dry... super easy!
How long does it take to receive my clothing after I’ve placed my order on-line?
All of our clothing is custom-made, so we don’t make the clothing until the order is received. You should receive shipment within 2 weeks (or sooner) of purchase. If you need something rushed
we will do whatever we can to accommodate you. We strive to provide excellent customer service!
How does my clothing arrive?
Your clothing arrives in an adorable 100% cotton bag with the Roslyn's Closet logo on the front. If you are purchasing these as a gift...you don't have to worry about wrapping, because it is perfectly ready for gift giving!
How much does shipping cost?
We have a flat shipping rate within the continental USA of $5.00. We ship via USPS. International orders will be sent via Global Priority Mail. You will be notified of the final cost before shipping takes place.
Can I return my clothing?
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll either refund you or exchange your purchase. If items were damaged in shipping please notify us immediately. We do not accept items that were worn, washed or damaged due to improper handling. Shipping on returned items is not refundable.
